You can sell your findings to the environmentalist located above the market. Keep in mind that valuable antiques can sometimes appear among junk. The metal detector will become active as soon as you pick it up, and both visual and audio alerts will occur when it detects treasure, ranging from green to red. The prime locations for treasure hunting are beaches and archipelagos.
