Rental system (under development)

The main hurdle we face in getting new players into the cryptocurrency game is the complexity of the onboarding process. It starts with creating an account, converting fiat currency to cryptocurrency and navigating Web 3.0 with a decentralized wallet. Quant Role Play aims to overcome this barrier by introducing a rental system.

Offering a rental/leasing system, getting started is as simple as downloading the app and renting a car in-universe, ensuring that new players aren't hindered from exploring the game.

Players who want to rent something can go to the internal Marketplace. They will need to apply for a lease, and once paired with a tenant, they will need to fully agree to the tenant's lease terms before the lease is approved.

Each rental contract is valid for 24 hours, after which the items are returned to the owner. The rental agreement can be extended up to 7 days depending on the credit rating of the tenant.

Failure to comply with the conditions stipulated in the Lease Agreement will result in the deduction of 1 star from the tenant's credit rating.

Whenever a tenant completes a session, the smart contract will distribute the revenue according to the Rental Agreement. The renter's and lessee's earnings are fixed (to be specified).

The system will reward tenants with 0.1 credit for each successful rental agreement.
