An auction is a place where you can sell your property (car, apartment, house, business) or buy it. An auction is one of the ways to buy/sell property. Also, all tax-exempt property is automatically auctioned. You can find it by clicking on F3 - Important - Auction.

Bidding for a specific property takes place on the lot page. A lot is a product placed at an auction.

Information about auction items is displayed on the left, and bid history is on the right.

To put your lot up for auction, you need to click on the "Create" tab, then select the type of property: car/house/apartment/business, starting bid, minimum bid duration, number of days.

The minimum size of the starting rate starts from state property value.

The size of the bet step is the minimum set interval that the participant can increase the bet. The number of days of the auction can be from 1 to 14 days.

After the lot is published, you can track it in the "My lots" section.

Above each lot there is a timer that shows the date and time the auction ends. A lot can be removed from the auction if no bid has been placed on it.

To remove a lot from the auction, go to the "My Lots" tab and click "Remove Lot".

If the auction participant raised the bid, it will not be possible to remove the lot and the lot will be transferred to the player after the end of the auction. You will not be able to list the house/apartment if there is money in the safe, it must be taken away before selling.

You can always follow your actions at the auction in the tab "My bids" and "My lots". In the event of a rate increase, you need to have money in your bank account.

If you lose in the fight for the lot, the money will be returned to the bank account after the end of the lot. The one whose rate is higher will acquire the property.

You will be able to continue to use your property while it is up for auction. You can also pay for an apartment/house via a tablet.

After the time of the lot ends, you will find out about it in the "My Bets" tab.

The transport will be displayed on your phone. Through the AutoPlus program, you can pick up the purchased vehicle at the indicated point. And you can see the purchased house or apartment in the "My Home" section of the tablet.
